We do not offer returns or refunds
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right, so eligible items may be exchanged for another size or item within 14 days of delivery.
Exchange Requirements
- To be eligible for an exchange, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unused
- In original condition with all tags attached
- Returned with hygiene liner fully intact and unremoved
- Free of makeup, deodorant, tanning products, perfume, stains or any other signs of wear.
For hygiene reasons, any swimwear with the hygiene liner removed, altered, or damaged is not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for all exchange shipping costs

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at karlylamanna@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item.
